Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head of People, Talent and Culture to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing our people, enhancing our talent pool, and shaping our organisational culture.

Responsibilities:

1. People (HR):

  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and promote a positive work environment.
  • Oversee performance management and employee relations, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation plans, ensuring they are competitive and in line with industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment regulations and best practices.

2. Talent (Learning and Development):

  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Identify and nurture talent within the organization through mentoring and career development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and develop effective learning solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.

3. Culture (Ways of Working):

  • Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring all employees feel valued and respected.
  • Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale, such as team-building activities and recognition programs.
  • Drive initiatives to improve work-life balance and employee well-being.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback and suggestions from employees.
  • Lead by example, embodying the company's values and promoting a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on talent development.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for developing people and driving organizational change.
