Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Identify and optimize growth opportunities, including paid acquisition, organic growth, partnerships, and community-driven marketing.
  • Conduct market research to refine positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and business development teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Use data-driven insights to track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance.
  • Experiment with new growth strategies and marketing channels to scale the product.
  • Develop compelling product narratives and content to drive demand generation.
  • Design and run rapid experiments (A/B testing, viral loops, referral programs, etc.) to identify and optimize growth opportunities.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and behavioral insights to refine user journeys and conversion funnels.
  • Explore and optimize organic and paid acquisition channels (SEO, PPC, influencer partnerships, social media, etc.).
  • Implement and automate lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, push notifications, retargeting, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate growth initiatives into the product roadmap.
  • Develop creative, viral, and low-cost growth hacks to increase adoption.
  • Continuously analyze performance metrics, iterate on strategies, and report insights to stakeholders.
  • Support the venture studio to design and apply a structured growth playbook.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in scaling digital products from product-market fit to high-growth stages.
  • Strong understanding of growth marketing, digital acquisition, and product positioning.
  • Experience working with performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Background in data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
  • Ability to create compelling product messaging and GTM strategies.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with growth loops, referral programs, and viral marketing tactics.
  • Strong background in data analytics, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and A/B testing.
  • Expertise in performance marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and organic growth (SEO, content, community building).
  • Technical proficiency with marketing automation, analytics tools (GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.), and CRM platforms.
  • A hacker mindset—resourceful, experimental, and able to execute quickly with limited resources.
  • Prior experience in venture studios, startups, or high-growth tech companies is a plus.
