Overview:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Copy Specialist with a strong background in content strategy, customer experience (CX), and media/creative arts, including music, design, and production. The ideal candidate will have the ability to create engaging copy that resonates across diverse platforms while supporting a full-service agency’s commitment to enhancing customer journeys. This role demands a blend of creativity, technical knowledge, and an understanding of customer experience design to craft campaigns that elevate brand engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Development

  • Develop creative strategies that incorporate customer experience (CX) insights, aligning content with media trends, client goals, and evolving customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with CX, client services, and creative teams to ensure content enhances the customer journey, including digital touchpoints and experiential interactions.
  • Conceptualize branded content and affiliate marketing campaigns, integrating music, design, and multimedia to create memorable and impactful customer experiences.
  • Ensure copy supports key moments in the customer journey and drives user engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction.
  • Continuously assess customer feedback and content performance metrics to adjust strategies and improve customer interactions across various channels.

Branded Content & Affiliate Marketing Conceptualization

  • Conceptualize and produce branded content that enhances customer engagement across media formats, including TV, radio, podcasts, music, and digital channels.
  • Develop affiliate marketing copy that drives traffic and conversions while delivering a seamless and engaging customer experience.
  • Ensure affiliate campaigns align with the overall customer journey and provide value at every interaction point, from first touch to post-purchase engagement.
  • Partner with production and design teams to create integrated, multi-platform campaigns that reflect a cohesive and immersive customer experience.

Customer Experience (CX) Focus

  • Collaborate closely with the CX team to ensure all copy and content strategies align with customer journey mapping and enhance customer satisfaction at key touchpoints.
  • Write copy that supports customer-centric initiatives, such as personalization, loyalty programs, and seamless digital interactions.
  • Craft content for omnichannel campaigns, focusing on creating frictionless experiences across digital, physical, and experiential environments.
  • Integrate customer feedback and insights into content development to continuously improve the relevance and effectiveness of messaging.
  • Ensure the language used in customer-facing content reflects empathy, clarity, and value at every stage of the customer journey.

Content Creation and Editing

  • Write and edit content that engages customers while aligning with the client’s brand voice, enhancing both online and offline customer experiences.
  • Produce ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) copy for TV, radio, billboards, newsletters, digital platforms, and music-related projects.
  • Develop digital content, including social media posts, banner ads, product descriptions, emails, landing pages, and website copy, with a focus on enhancing customer experience.
  • Create content for branded TV shows, commercials, podcasts, radio dramas, and other media formats that reflect the client's values and customer expectations.

Technical Skills & Production Proficiency

  • Strong background in media and creative arts, particularly music, design, and production, with the ability to integrate these elements into cohesive, customer-focused campaigns.
  • Experience with CX platforms, digital marketing tools, and e-commerce platforms to ensure content aligns with customer experience goals and technical requirements.
  • Basic HTML knowledge to format and optimize digital content, ensuring usability and enhancing user experience.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, web developers, and production teams to ensure content integrates seamlessly within customer-facing interfaces and platforms.
  • Work with performance marketing teams to develop copy for affiliate marketing, paid search, and other digital channels while enhancing the overall customer experience.

Digital and Online Usability

  • Develop content that adheres to best practices for online usability and enhances digital customer interactions, focusing on user clarity, calls to action, and streamlined navigation.
  • Regularly review and refine digital content to optimize the customer journey and ensure seamless online experiences, reducing friction and enhancing satisfaction.
  • Work closely with CX, web design, and development teams to ensure that copy aligns with the overall look, feel, and usability of digital platforms, contributing to an intuitive user experience.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Foster close collaboration between creative, product, customer experience, and digital teams to create holistic campaigns that resonate across customer touchpoints.
  • Ensure content meets editorial, usability, and industry standards, focusing on how content supports an exceptional customer experience.
  • Effectively communicate with clients to understand their objectives and provide strategic, creative solutions that enhance customer engagement.
  • Partner with production teams (including music, design, and media) to craft campaigns that offer consistent, engaging, and memorable customer interactions.

Project Management and Leadership

  • Lead copywriting projects with a strong focus on customer experience, ensuring high-quality, engaging work is delivered on time and within budget.
